General product inquiries
CASYRO was developed to make travelling easier and more organized. The innovative stand-up shelving system allows quick access to your luggage without having to unpack the entire suitcase. At the same time, each suitcase impresses with high-quality materials, a modern design, and a well-thought-out interior layout.
The integrated shelving system ensures your clothes and travel essentials remain neatly organized. When open, the suitcase can be used upright, allowing easy access to all compartments – ideal in a hotel, on business trips, or in a holiday home.
Our suitcases are suitable for business travelers, frequent flyers, city breaks, family vacations, and anyone who values order, comfort, and modern design on the go.
Sizes & Volumes
S – 45 Liters
Ideal for short trips of 2–4 days and, depending on the airline, suitable as carry-on luggage.
M – 80 Liters
Perfect for trips of 5–10 days.
L – 120 Liters
Optimal for longer trips or family vacations of approximately 10 days or more.
The S-case was designed for short trips and as hand luggage. As the permitted dimensions vary depending on the airline, we recommend checking your airline's regulations before traveling.
Thanks to the innovative stand-up system and the well-designed interior, CASYRO suitcases weigh slightly more than some classic hard-shell cases. However, at 5.9 kg (L), 4.95 kg (M), and 3.55 kg (S), they are still within the usual range for high-quality hard-shell cases. The slight additional weight is compensated by significantly more comfort, organization, and particularly easy handling in everyday travel.
Materials & Quality
Our suitcases are made from robust and durable materials that combine stability with low weight.
The hard shell reliably protects your luggage from splashes and light rain. However, the suitcases are not designed for prolonged exposure to heavy rain or complete immersion.
Yes. The smooth-running 360° double wheels ensure comfortable and quiet handling – even on longer journeys at airports or train stations.
Yes. All CASYRO suitcases are equipped with an integrated TSA combination lock. This allows your luggage to be opened and re-locked during security checks without damaging the lock.
Questions about the ordering process, shipping, and returns
We ship all orders promptly after receipt of payment via DHL. Generally, it takes about 1-3 business days for your order to arrive within Germany. Shipping to other EU countries takes about 3-7 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after shipping, we will gladly initiate a tracking request with DHL and check the shipment status again from our end. In this case, you can simply send an email with the order number to info@casyro.com.
We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders of €50 or more.
For orders with a value under €50, we charge shipping costs of €4.99.
For orders within the EU, we charge shipping costs of €13.99. For orders outside the EU, we charge shipping costs of €24.99 - €99.99.

Once your order has been packed and made ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email, you will find your tracking number and the link to track your shipment.
Should an item in your order be damaged, not meet your quality expectations, or if a material defect occurs after using the item, please contact our customer service immediately.
- Write an email to info@casyro.com with your order number in the subject line.
- Provide us with a description of the defect and how it occurred.
- Add at least one photo to the description that clearly shows the defect.
- After receiving your email, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
At CASYRO, you have the option to return items within 14 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send us an email to info@casyro.com with the subject: "Return" and include your order number. You are not required to provide a reason for the return, but your feedback helps us improve our products and services.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
- Send the package to the specified return address:

Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase amount of the returned items to the payment method used for the order. The refund should be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of the package at our warehouse.
We currently ship to various countries in Europe and worldwide. You can find the currently available shipping countries during the checkout process.
The delivery time depends on the destination country. The estimated delivery time will be shown to you during the order process.
Yes. We provide a two-year warranty on all CASYRO cases from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with our warranty conditions.
